Chef_Brian, your new approach reminds me of a story referred to here about the old man beating the young one in a tree cutting contest. Although the younger one -seemingly faster and taking NO breaks- appeared to be winning the battle, got beaten at the end by the older guy who was taking breaks all along... to sharpen his tool.
