We have a website in php and we cached the site as html files. The site will be online twice. Does google consider this as illegal double content?

e.g.
www.example.com/classifieds_categories.php?sPage=main&catid=19&subcatid=2152&indexpage=1

and

www.example.com/search/cool_widgets.htm
