What about this new UOP I hear about? I have a site where the index page has no H1 tag, the title is "Title" and I have almost no links in..it doesn't rank well at all for my keywords. I think Google has an "Under Optimisation Penalty" and it's not fair. Waaah! Mummeeee! The nasty man stole my ranking!
