The usual:

Page with your link is indexed, after 2-3 days you'll get whatever benefit you're going to get as far as SERPs are concerned. If the data used for the next PR update is taken from this day forward then you'll see the PR from this link at that update.

If the site isn't high PR don't expect much jump either way (SERPs or PR) unless your term is obscure or your not listed at all previously.
