I've received several Stickies suggesting that we report specific examples of this problem to Google, and I think it's important that we do.

I'm guessing the webmaster@google.com is the best email address, and I'd reference this thread, GoogleGuy, and WebmasterWorld, hoping that someone will take a serious look at what's going on.
