Just for fun I was wondering if any others saw (heard?) Google in Sex in the City last Sunday. The whole show they talked about "Googling" people and how "Google.com" was their new best friend. Actually, there was so much gushing about Google and so many careful pronunciations of "Google.com" that it made me think it was paid product placement? If so, that might mark the first time Google had paid for advertising for its site! (All other advertising to my knowledge has been for AdWords, or has been promotional/sponsorship oriented.) Either that or the writers really are big big big fans.

Btw, how many of you have ever heard someone actually use Google as a verb? I've never heard anyone (in the US at least) actually say it. I just read the press say that people say it which makes me wonder if it's just a myth.
