It does appear that there is a positive correlation between a webmaster's general satisfaction with Google SERPs, and how well their specific sites are doing in them. ;)
>They just worded it differently. It's much easier to place the blame elsewhere, by saying, "The results are terrible now", which usually equates to "My site isn't in the Top 10 anymore for my most important keywords"...
