Has anyone actally had a real reply back from Google regarding any individual issues.....if so what email address did you use.

Hi,

I wrote to help@google.com and got a canned reply. So I sent it back with some vitreol telling them to do me the courtesy of reading my carefully crafted message before sending me something straight off the boiler plate.

I got a prompt reply back saying that they had indeed read it and had passed it on to their engineers. I hope they read the bit begging them to remove my most important keywords from their spam filter ;-)

Anyway I at least know that someone read it before sending me all of their fluff and links to "How to build a crawler friendly web site".
