I am having the same problem with Google. Did they just recently update? My website has been ranking on Page 1 of results for a very competitive keyword. We were doing so well the last few months and suddenly my listing is no where to be found. How could my listing just drop out of the results? There has not been any major changes to my site and my PR is still good.
I wrote Google recently, but haven't heard back yet. I'm a Google Adwords advertiser so I was told to contact the Google search support team thru the contact page in my Adwords account. Supposedly, I will get an answer faster b/c I'm an Adwords advertiser- but we will see!
I hope one of us gets an answer soon.
