I assume you renewed just few days after expiration, in which case you should get your rankings back once you put your content and wait about a month. However, if your domain was expired and released after the 30-60 day redemption period and then you re-registered it, then chances are you will loose your PR permantly, unless you email Google and tell them what happened.
