Page is a not externally linkable

If a search for "page title" for the index used to show up on the first page, try it again, eg "widgets r us", then add onto the URL of the Google search page, in the address bar, "&filter=0" then hit it again. This can show the duplicate domain.com and www.domain.com pages. <Added> hmm... not sure if that helps in the slightest.
