Google isn't in the top 100 for search engine. Although, given the current state of G, maybe Yahooligans does deserve to outrank google for this query :)

The oddest part about this update is sites in very specific areas with little to no optimisation tactics are simply missing from relevant serps.

There may very well be data issues as there were during the spring.
