Does this dance mean that Google is back to regular Dances instead of the constant update?

I'm not convinced we ever actually achieved a *total* constant update, just very regularly freshly included pages, but PR and Backlinks (the major determining factors for competitive terms) were never constantly updated.

This looks like a good old fashioned update - still waiting in PR and Backward links to get factored in.
