Is Google purging sites aggressively?

I wouldn't worry too much if you are even close to semi-clean. I've seen a lot of clean sites dropping in the results and floating in and out in just about every industry imaginable. It would be good for business if you were the type to take advantage of peoples fear. Many site owners are frantic thinking that their previous designer/optimization firm did something wrong - not the case in most instances.

Seems when the serps increased so dramatically a while back it was like they knocked over a trash can and let everything spill out. I have never seen so much porn/adult, search strings, mirrors, and hidden text spill into so many results. Looking forward to the day Yahoo starts using their own results once again or Google decides to throw something that resembles a filter into place.

It sickens me to say that I can find more "relevant" sites using MSN search than Google on many topics. I find more people also reverting to MSN including my daughters school and my wife's work (very large non-profit). Amazing how many people outside of the business talk about this, and yet I hear so little about it from others in these forums (except those that have discussed it privately with me). Let's just hope they get their act together and get back to their regularly scheduled program :)

Sorry Google/GoogleGuy but it is becoming noticeable there is a big problem.
