If you mean when will it have PR for search results (though not showing in toolbar), I believe it is about 2 weeks on the average.

If I get you right, LogicMan, the procedure is as follows:
1) GoogleBot registers new backlinks (this results in increase in what you get doing link:www.mysite.com search)
2) Only in 2 weeks these changes "come in force" i.e. start influncing your SERPs NOT visibly changing your PR in the toolbar.
3) Only in 2 1/2 months the links registered 3 mths ago are finally displayed in PR.
