Dmoz link text is more by business title, if not then site title, if not then page title. If you've keyword-stuffed your page title then dmoz won't pick that up and use it. If your business is called Widgets Inc but your site title is called Buy Widgets Here then Widgets Inc would be the title used by dmoz.
