Visit your site first, so that the link to your site will show up in the SERPs in the link:visited colour.

Do a search for the keywords you want, then append &num=100 to the search URL in the browser address bar. You'll now get 100 results per screen, and can quickly scroll through each page.

Google only shows the first 1000 results, so you only have 10 screens to look at anyway.
