In looking at the sites that have shot to the top of the SERPS - I was suprised to see that several have page after page of guestbook links. This is pure 100% manipulation of google. Meanwhile - > 1000 of my genuine back links with relevant anchor text are toast (at least for now), but beyond that bump in the road which will sort itself out, Surely any Algo could easily have a filter - if the link contains "guestbook" in the title then don't count it
