Err, the serps are ridiculous. My site - a non-commercial site about a specific city in the country is lower than a site that sells cigarettes. Come on Google. Should I want cigarettes why would I look for a city? Also noticed most above my site are commercial sites. Is google now giving more weight to them? Help us all that followed your TOS and got killed.
