I checked allinanchor: my keyphrase and I am number one right now. I checked allinanchor: my keyphrase on the www-in.google and I was number one as well. if the -in is an old index, how come I was number three for my keyphrase last month and number 24 now? please explain someone

allinanchor is not the full extent of SERPS indexing.

When you do a regular search for a keyword a whole load of other factors come into play - allintitle, PR, keywords in text, content, etc etc

You're looking at just one factor. You're doing well for allinanchor so forget about it. Look at your page titles, content and external linking strategy instead.
