I don't understand this allinanchor thing.

I checked allinanchor: my keyphrase and I am number one right now. I checked allinanchor: my keyphrase on the www-in.google and I was number one as well. if the -in is an old index, how come I was number three for my keyphrase last month and number 24 now?

please explain someone
