That is a great idea. We answer a LOT of tech questions via email and we could just cut and paste those into a blog type of page. Nice to hear a POSITIVE and helpful suggestion. Isn't that what this place is for?
In Brett's 12 month guide he mentioned you must have a newsletter. I have found a newsletter to be excellent in getting lots of unexpected key phrases ranking well in Google.
