When was the last time anyone saw movement on -sj? I haven't seen any in over 48 hours on the SERPs I watch, and I display those to position #100. It seems unlikely to me that all these would be rock solid if there was any "dancing" going on. It is if this update is in "pause" mode. Either that, or it is done, and Google hasn't propagated it to the other datacenters yet.
