I know what will be the situation of Google - we our self get around 2k quires with over 30 employees working on them on daily basis. When we are just 500,000+ member base. I would imagine Google vs. webmasters worldwide.

But OTHO I like what ODP have done, you report Spam/ inquiry/ as for even submission status and you get it right within 24 hrs by their forum at resource zone.

Why can't we have a resource zone for Google?
