I just read the premises.
The owner (google.dk) was running an affiliate for the English bookstore iBS with a generous helping of banner advertising.

He claimed to be in good faith, because:

1. He himself had coined the word Google out of Go and ogle. Thus Google should mean "come and look".
   
2. He thought Google had accepted his domain since they added him in their own directory: directory.google.com/Top/World/ Dansk/Netbutikker/Bøger/
