The only one I know of is google and you can find that out by using their toolbar and see whether the toolbar is greyed out on your site.

Not really unless you have a lot of patience or want to use an automatic rank checker and set it to check up to 10,000 SERP's or so.

A great way to ensure you get some better listing ( at least in google) would be to get some high quality (high Page Rank) links to your site.
