I think shadnasty you may have misinterpreted richiwatts's question about DMOZ. I think he is already listed in the directory, the question was about it not getting indexed by the search engines from this listing.

Could be (at least) two reasons - there is a problem with DMOZ at the moment whereby sites that use its data for their own directories - such as Google does for the Google Directory - are still using data from September 2002. Its called the RDF dump and if you do a search (use the 'site search' function at the top of this page) on this term you should find loads of threads about it.

Second reason could be your Flash page - again, use the site search function and you will find plenty of threads to start researching about Flash and search engines. You might also want to try the Sim Spider [searchengineworld.com] in the Tools section - it will show you what search engines can read of your home page.
