See this post [webmasterworld.com] if you haven't already. Get as many links as you can. If you get short on time, focus on high-PR links. If not, get 'em all! Good content will make it more likely that other webmasters will swap links with you, or even link to you on their own. It is also critical for inclusion in the major directories, ODP and Yahoo, so don't neglect it. Use the library and site search links at the top of this page, and you will find a ton of information.
