I use Bulkregister with Alabanza and so far they have kept everything very private. They are the best as far as I'm concerned but you have to apply with a $70 fee. Also they are set up for purchasing domains in bulk. One big benefit though; quickness in administrating changes to your domains.
I've heard horror stories about registrars. Seems they are true.
