I could be reading her analytics wrong. Here's what I see:
57% from google.com
25% (direct) / (None)
< 1% google.ca / referral
the rest is either smaller search egines or referral traffic.
Is it possible that the google.ca traffic is actually "hidden" in the (direct / none) section of traffic?

I don't think she has looked at her analytics data in the two years the site has been up.
One mystery though is that even though she is based in Ottawa, why does she get more clients from Miami, New York, and Paris than from Western Ontario? Half her clients are from Ottawa, the other half are from places no closer than New York.
and I don't see her ranking at ALL when I search google.com in the West Coast of the US.
