1) Their service sucks and they are built around upsell. I've had older non-tech savvy clients get upsold on stuff they had no idea they were buying.
2) If you don't find their marketing insulting to your intelligence, you should at least find it disingenious. Look at their ads and ask yourself, why WOULD you go with them. Because they have models with big hooters? Yeah, that's a good tech sell. Thanks, I'm not the lowest common denominator, and neither is my pocketbook.
