I've had a few deals fail to close, which were cancelled automatically, but I don't recall cancelling escrow.

I've had a few deals where the buyer's WhoIs record didn't exactly match the deal terms but I've always closed the deal.

So, have you ever backed out of a domain escrow? Why? Were there warning signs? What were they?
