As a 15+ year email admin I'd say not very likely to not a chance. It may have been a case of just one too many links within the email in question.

Try running your email thru a spam check (scoring) site to see if improvements can be made without sacrificing the completeness of the message. Sometimes adding a URL to the corporate logo image satisfies the 'need' to have it multiple times but doesn't 'trip the spam filter' (as much).

Use those testing site to learn how to convey the same message with less rejection(s). If you follow their recommendations you may find conversions from blind mailings go up a few points. IE to the recipient (user) it seems less like SPAM and more like HAM.
