So ..to add ..I presume that each country will have something similar in place in it's own language vis a vis the top 3 TLDS..and similar rules will apply re language etc..

I presume also, that each country's registration authority will have similar rules and procedures and language stipulations relative to their .de or .it or .ru etc ..

Then again maybe they don't ? "presuming" being a way to get lost or take incorrect routes to ? ..:)

Interested what happens in countries with two official languages..
