Question: Anyone know if NAF complaints are "localized" in any way? For example, translated into Spanish/French OR assigned to Spanish/French arbitrators IF the action arises out of a "local TM" or local plaintiff and defendant?

Must all proceedings be translated into English AND the native language of any party? (What if the "defendant" is a native French speaker?)
