At best these kind of tools tell you what to by-pass or ignore... others are using it and that means intense competition. Webwork is correct, you'll do better with either creating a "brand" domain and pushing that, or finding the next "generic" domain for whatever business/commerce is intended---a much more difficult task since all, or nearly all, have already been taken.
