Nah ..BDW.you're confused ...those are the folks already selling them..they're also known as registrars or somethin' like that..their "trade" body is called ICANN I believe.

@Lucy24 ..same way as in the USA I presume ..except taken down dot co dot uk websites will resolve to a page that says simply...

"pwned by plod"
