I think they used a wonky PDF generator. The bigger version looked exactly the same-- but then I tried downloading and force-opening in Adobe 10, which I never use, and it came through loud and clear. The smaller version would probably have worked too.

But seriously. When I don't know which way to vote-- not that anyone's asking me to in this case-- I look at which side is spending the most money, and vote the other way.
