I would. Webwork knows what he's talking about, they just got a free professional appraisal.

Second appraisal, what did the purchaser just pay? That's how much the domain is worth on the open market - and I think it's a safe assumption that they were the top bidder so that amount would be the upper limit.

So a pretty good appraisal would be somewhere between $0 and what was just paid.

Unless there's something else going on like revenue or something (probably not mentioned for a reason), then I doubt there's much else to increase the value of the domain.
