I, personally, wouldn't buy your domain at any price.
You just got your domain appraisal right there.
I wouldn't be so harsh.
The relationship of price to value is not an absolute, and is greatly influenced by both seller and buyer perception.
"one man's trash is another man's treasure"
"beauty is in the eye of the beholder"
There are quite a few $1000-$5000 domain sales each year of domains that I wouldn't buy at those prices.
This is precisely the point: while webwork felt that the prices did not reflect the value of the domain, others did, and they bought.
IMO, if you can manage to be realistic, positive and unemotional about the (subjective) value of your domain, you'll negotiate better.
