Quite the opposite. Every ISP and his dog will mark .X X X as spam IMO. This extension is a Godsend for anyone anti-p*rn as it finally means those types of sites can be easily identified and blocked.

Absolutely. For half the world that objects to this stuff, they've got an easy way to block it. And for the other half, they've got an easy way to find it.
