Wow! That seems to be how to sort out a "problem".

At its peak the .cn registry was showing just over 14 million names and I see from jmcc's charts that January 2011 was showing just under 3.5 million registrations.

Have they restored their .cn credibility?

FWIW I do have half a dozen .cn sites and they certainly seem to be fairing better these days.
