I'm new to hosting my own sites but I've fond the GoDaddy service actually not too bad. They even followed up by phone after I set up and account and the rep fixed a couple of things for me, unasked, to save me a few bucks. The interface is awful and clunky and it's hard to find stuff but the functionality is pretty good once you find it. Mostly they need to hire a few really good usability experts to clean up the UI.
