I’d be interested to know the concensus on the following scenario:

- Company owns company.co.uk
- ReviewSite has reviews for Company at reviewsite.com
- Company is well established (15 years) and has shown no interest in registering company.com
- ReviewSite would like to register company.com, and set it to show a header bar in the top 75px or so, showing the average rating for Company and a link back to reviewsite.com, with company.co.uk in an iframe taking up the rest of the page.

Is ReviewSite doing anything wrong?
