JS_Harris, there may be substantial risk to using private registration services. The now defunct registrar RegisterFly created nightmares for many people who used their private registration services. IMO, avoiding private registration is the wisest course of action for someone serious about their online business. One should seriously consider setting a company (if they haven't already done so) to shield their privacy. A company may also have additional benefits, such as isolating legal risk.
