You could do it endlessly; any domain is capable of accepting any subdomain name, provided acceptable characters are used. What you choose to append to domain1 has zero relevence or effect on your choices for domain2. Not sure what you mean by account - but makes no difference; though if your host chooses to call subdomains 'subdomain1' rather than 'subdomain1.domain1.com', it may cause local confusion. but the Internet would be happy ;)
