---- Certified Offer Service: Is it a tip-off to a registrar in the case of expiring domains?

I did a Certified Offer one month ago.
(I knew that the company owing that domain closed: the domain is going to expire)

In two weeks my offer expired.

The domain is expiring in 10 days.

Today, checking the whois I realized that the domain administrative contact as well the technical contacts etc. all switched under the name of the Certifed Offer Service company....

I realized that:

- Registrars have an advantage in buying an expiring domain

- Certified Offer service knows in advance the value of the domain because they receive offers to buy expiring domains

- the system is not "limpid": Certified Offer Service does not show you the maximum bid they received; they cash on any bid knowing in advance that your bid is lower....

The system should be more "limpid"
