Oh man, I have a client who lost a domain name for this very reason. It's very likely they will also give you the no-answer, no-response runaround when you try to transfer the domains to another registrar.

You may need to bring out the legal guns to get them moving, but the first place you start is find another registrar and initiate a transfer of the domain names. You may want to do just ONE at first - transferring domain names involves a fee, which will be just plain gone if they don't respond to it.

Leave it pointed at their servers for the moment. If you get the transfer to go through, then dump these guys like a bad habit and move your domains to another host.
