Yep, the whois is back up and checking the names of the ones I was not successful for I found mostly squatters, several of them in the USA...errr...what happened there then?

A specific parked domain Dutch registrar seems to have been able to get hold of all sorts of English names with impunity and since when has Romania been in the EU?

My county name was taken by a Romanian registrar...how come?
