What it will come down to is: A) Do you have legimit right on the name (eg. by a european trademark), or is it confisingly similar to a name (say carshoop.eu)? B) Does the current holder of the domain lacks any legimit rights or interests on the name? C) Was the domain registered in bad-faith? Ideally, you'll have to meet all requirements. If you don't meet A, you won't even stand a chance.
You can always start a ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) in order to revoke the registration and turn it over to you.
